Mr. Manjunath Hegde (Management Consultant)
Mr.Hegde is a Graduate of Science with a Post Graduation in Management (PGDM) from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad followed by a PhD in Business from Osmania University Hyderabad. He has 30 years of post MBA industry experience in the areas of Marketing, Business Development and Strategic Planning.
He has served Indian and Multinational companies in various capacities like Marketing Controller, Profit Centre Head, Vice president of Business Development, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board in sectors like Fertilisers Minerals, Infrastructure, Power Generation and International Trade.
He has also been a visiting Faculty in Management Schools like ASCI, Hyderabad, IPE Hyderabad, SDM Mysore, JNIDB Hyderabad and Presidency University Bangalore since last three decades. He has written many cases for management training and has published many articles in leading Journals.
His engagements include Board Memberships of Cooperative Banks ,Charity Hospital, Agri Marketing Federation and NGOs.
Ms. Rachana Bhat (Legal Advisor)
She completed her Law Graduation in the year 2012 and worked for a leading law firm (M/s Just Law) till March 2014 before starting and heading the firm M/s Sharma & Bhat along with Ms.Arundhati.V.Sharma.
