KEY PERSONNEL

Mr. N.S. BHAT – a practicing Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of experience in Corporate Advisory, Project Appraisal and Fund Syndication functions.

He was admitted as an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1985 and attained fellowship in 1990. He commenced his professional career independently and has handled various assignments, which include advising clients on setting-up of new projects, 100% Export Oriented Units, loan syndications, appraisals, taxation & financial structuring. Mr. Bhat's responsibilities include Appraisal of Projects, Ascertaining Clients' creditworthiness and Liaisoning with Financial Institutions and Banks for Arrangements of Funds etc.

Mr. Bhat has successfully carried out Due Diligence and Business Valuation assignments entrusted by different corporates for the purpose of Takeover/ Investment decisions. He has also attained expertise in the field of Direct Taxes, Corporate Audits, Company Law Matters and other allied areas.
