Mr. B S Venkatesh (FCA)

A practicing Chartered Accountant, with over 28 years of experience in the field of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, Investigation and Income Tax matters. Also has experience of leading the Due Diligence process of Retail Finance Products of Nationalised Banks comprising Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Housing Loans, Business Loans, Mortgage Loans etc.

He was admitted as a Fellow of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 1990. He started his Professional Career independently and has handled various assignments including setting up of new projects, tax matters, Due Diligence of Corporates and also Legal Documentation Work.

Mr. N Prashanth Kumar (FCA)

He was admitted as an Associate to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2003 and attained fellowship in 2008.

He is an enthusiastic professional with a quest to take up the challenging assignments with a great zeal for success. He has over 10 years of experience in Project Consultancy, Income Tax matters, Statutory Audits, internal audits, company law matters and other statutory compliances relating to Companies, Partnership Firms, Trusts, Individuals, etc. He has also over the years handled assignments of great magnitude, relating to Project Consultancy, Valuation of business, Due Diligence and outsourced CFO jobs.
